Chirag Shah is the Director of Elitecore Accountants, a CPA Australia Public Practice based in Western Sydney. He is a CPA (Australia) and Fellow Chartered Accountant (India) with over 17 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, business advisory and compliance services, including more than 8 years of Australian industry experience.

Chirag works closely with individuals, start-ups and growing businesses, providing accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, business advisory and virtual CFO services. Taxation and BAS services are provided in collaboration with Registered Tax Agents and BAS Agents where required.

His experience spans a range of industries including professional services, construction, technology, real estate, healthcare, retail and not-for-profit organisations. He focuses on helping business owners maintain accurate financial records, improve cash flow, understand financial performance and make informed business decisions.

Chirag believes in building long-term professional relationships with clients based on trust, clear communication and reliable service.

Om Shah

Business Analytics & Digital Operations Support

Om supports Elitecore Accountants with business analytics, digital operations, and internal systems support. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics at Macquarie University and assists with data analysis, reporting support, and maintaining structured backend processes that support accuracy and operational efficiency.

He has been involved in the development and maintenance of the Elitecore Accountants website and supports the firm with digital tools, workflow improvements, and systems support.

Om has completed the Deloitte Australia Data Analytics Job Simulation (Forage), gaining practical exposure to data analysis and business problem-solving. He provides backend and systems support to assist in improving internal processes and digital capability within the firm.
